The objective of Phase I is to understand our client’s business goals and directions. Workshops and focus group meetings are conducted where our consultants define the areas for potential improvements. Through the examination of requirements on the critical processes, we will then customize a strategic solution fulfilling and transforming our client’s existing processes into an automated, responsive and process-centric operation.
